We carry out detailed site surveys before deployment of our guards and designing of electronic security systems installations. Before deployment of our guards, we will come up with agreed standing instructions between ourselves and the client. These surveys are reviewed regularly to ensure that the security solutions are adequate enough and in tandem with changes in the surroundings.
Supervision
We carry out round the clock supervision on all our guards on duty to ensure that service delivery is consistent with the expectations of our clients. In addition to physical checks, we also make use of electronic guard monitoring systems.
Recruitment and deployment
We deploy well trained guards that will follow the Landcity Security requirements and clients’ standing instructions. We ensure that all guards deployed suit the specific expectations as per the agreed standing instructions. All our guards will have adequate PPES and security equipment, such as full uniform, pepper spray, button stick, handcuffs, and whistle.

Training
We deploy fully trained guards and we have a deliberate policy to employ guards with a minimum age of 25 years. This allows us to have mature officers capable of delivering our expected services. Apart from employing those with guard training courses, we also offer continuous training programs thereby ensuring that all our officers are in tandem with environmental changes. Our officers are also trained in basic operations of electronic security systems such as CCTV monitoring.
